Multiple Programs - Carolyn Finch offers a 50% discount for additional programs booked for the same day at the same conference. She also offers a 25% discount for additional programs booked by the same client/sponsor at the same time as the first program.
Personally Tailored Programs - All of Carolyn Finch's programs are created to match your organizations goals and needs.
Media, Publicity and Articles - In order to publicize your event, Carolyn Finch is available to fulfill media requests. Due to Carolyn's busy schedule telephone interviews for radio and print, as well as television interviews need to be schedule with as much notice as possible.
Travel Expenses - Travel expenses are in addition to the speaking fee. Travel expenses include airfare, up to two nights accommodation (non smoking), meals and ground transportation in host city. Carolyn requests that the hotel room charges be billed directly to the organization's account. Holding and Securing Dates - If you have specific dates in mind for your meeting, Carolyn is more than happy to "pencil them in", thus holding your requested date for thirty days. If another client requests the dates you are holding, you will be notified by phone and given 48 hours to make a decision to got to contract or release the dates. To secure your date, a program agreement will be issued. This agreement is to be executed and returned within two weeks and requires a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% balance is due by the date of the appearance. Or, you may pay in full when the contract is returned and receive a 10% discount. Electrific Solutions Inc. will accept company checks or credit cards for payment.
